I added 4 spots to my Malibu landscape lighting transformer that was rated at a 120 watt max. This pushed me over. The system would shut down and then restart after it cooled down. I found this 200 watt EMCOD on line at Total LED Malibu Lighting. I have 7 each 11 watt and 5 each 20 watt fixtures (total 177 watts) connected through approximately 175 feet of 12 gauge cable, I have had no problem whatsoever connected to the 12v terminal. Although this unit has a photo eye, I use the timer. The housing is solid and appears very waterproof. There is a reset button inside the unit. Very easy to mount and connect. This is definitely a very solid unit that I expect to get many years of flawless service out of. I highly recommend this unit if you need to move up in wattage.
