I bought these to replace some Malibu lights that were no longer working. These are much better quality than I expected. The plastic spike that secures the lamp in the ground is very substantial. Importantly the spike does not screw directly onto the bottom of the light where it is susceptible to breaking off. Rather it screws onto a metal connector that fits over the bottom of the light. I’ve had many lights broken off at the base by careless gardeners so I appreciate this feature. The quality of the fixture itself is great and the LED light is a great in both intensity and color. I bought 5 of them as a sample and plan to order another 20 to replace all of my lights. Great quality and value.
